Powder coating
State-of-the-art automatic power & free coating line with full process control
Our automated powder coating line guarantees high quality, repeatability and throughput. From surface pre-treatment, through application, to final inspection — every stage is monitored and documented.
Automated coating line
A 5-stage product preparation process prior to powder coating. The line enables coating of steel, aluminium and galvanised steel components with dimensions up to 1,800×1,800×5,000 mm and weight up to 500 kg.
Conveyor system with automatic position change
Curing oven with precise temperature control
Application booth with powder recycling
Throughput: thousands of components per month
Real-time process control — continuous monitoring of temperature, conductivity and bath pH
Surface pre-treatment
Proper surface preparation is the foundation of a durable coating. We apply:
Mechanical pre-treatment:
A critical stage of surface preparation. Mechanical removal of rust, mill scale and old coatings creates the appropriate surface roughness, improving paint adhesion and the durability of the final coating.
- Removal of old coatings
- Removal of mill scale and rust
- Surface preparation in accordance with ISO 8501
Chemical pre-treatment:
A six-zone process that provides an optimal adhesion substrate with an enhanced anti-corrosion conversion layer. Automatic process data control guarantees high coating quality.
- Alkaline degreasing
- Phosphating / conversion layer formation
- Passivation for anti-corrosion protection
- Inter-stage rinsing
Powder coating application
We use powder paints from leading manufacturers. Coating thickness 60–120 μm depending on the application and gloss level (matt, semi-matt, gloss). Electrostatic spray guns generate a charged powder cloud that adheres to the surface, forming a uniform layer.
Epoxy paints (interior applications)
Polyurethane paints (exterior applications)
Hybrid paints (universal)
