3D Measurement Technologies
FARO System — Portable 3D Measuring Arm
The FARO portable measuring arm is our eye in quality control:
- Measurement accuracy: ±0.025 mm
- Range: up to 4 metres
- 3D measurements directly on the production floor
- Real-time comparison with the CAD model
- Generation of dimensional deviation reports
- In addition to the FARO arm, portable 3D scanners are also available

Quality Control
Upon completion of the process, we carry out coating thickness and adhesion tests. Packaging is always tailored to the individual needs of the client.
